This session Dasom and I worked on articles using web-based excercises on my iPad. She did much better this time even with the advanced exercises. I reviewed her answers with her after she completed the exercises. After the exercise I thought we would go on a little field trip to my place of work only one block away. I gave Dasom a tour of the Fine Arts Building including the Sculpture Lab (wood and metal shop), the Ceramics Lab (wheel throwing and firing), and the Fab Lab (digital fabrication) where I work. I explained the technology in the Fab Lab and what I do at work and defined some new vocabulary for her.
