Tutoring Session #7 (adult) with Dasom

Dasom and I met for the third time the day after our second meeting and there was a noticeable difference in her comfort in speaking with me. I think this was attributed to a few factors: it was our third meeting, only 24 hours had passed since we had our last session, and in the first two sessions we had spent a good amount of time just getting acquainted with only loosely structured conversation.
Considering she had said that speaking and listening were the two areas she felt she needed to improve the most I was happy to find she was feeling more comfortable in her attempts to communicate. We began with some light conversation about her plans for the evening and the rest of the weekend and then did a series of exercises on articles because I noticed she was having some trouble with them, often leaving off articles where one was needed. These exercises were great; Dasom completed the exercise on my iPad and the read the statement to me. I corrected her mistakes and explained which articles were needed (or not needed) and why.
