For this session, PJ and I took turns reading from his book 'I Survived...'. I asked him comprehension questions about vocabulary and the content generally as we went along. The material was pretty simple and PJ had no problems comprehending. There were a few words he only party understood (ferocity, prowled) and I explained the meaning of these to him.
