Kim CP #3
I met with Dojun via Skype for our second conversation meeting at 9 am on Tuesday April 18. I talked to Dojun about his day (it was 10 pm at night in South Korea) and asked him how his weekend was. He told me he spent his weekend doing chores at home but was able to take a break and go to the electronic store. He told me he went to see the Samsung phones that are available on the market right now. Although he is not eligible for an upgrade just yet, he told me he wanted to check out the S7 to see how the price has dropped since the S8 was recently released. He owns an S6 and is excited about getting an upgrade once his plan allows for it. I asked how his day at work was and he was very eager to talk to me about the recent incident that occurred on the American Airline flight that was overbooked. He told me it had been a big topic of discussion at work because of his job with the local airline company. He was very upset by the way the passenger was treated and thought poorly of American Airlines' reaction to the situation. He informed me that airlines always overbook passengers on their flights because of no-shows and he believed that this wasn't an issue of too many paying passengers but rather extra members of the crew most likely wanted to fly on the flight. It was nice to hear Dojun's opinion of the situation. I look forward to our next chat.
