Nicole Tutoring 4

Harry is frustrated today.  From my understanding, school is very hard this week and his sport is becoming very time demanding.  We spent a fair amount of time working through these issues first as his concentration levels were low.  Once Harry got into a work mode we went through his chapter from last week.  He had followed through and highlighted multiple words per page.  I jotted them all down and plan to review them throughout the week to look for any similarities.  Based off an initial glance it looks like Harry doesn't have a broad knowledge of words so we need to attempt to increase his exposure to new words. I taught Harry how to use an internet dictionary.  He was familiar with it but we reviewed the usefulness to have one accessible while reading the material.  Since Harry was having such a rough day there was no specific skill he was going to work on over the next few days.  Instead he agreed to try using a dictionary while he read his book.
